Based on the longevity of many of our staff members and by the high praise our clients have for them, we have succeeded in our efforts.

The State Bar works diligently with attorneys and paralegals across our state to establish a voluntary North Carolina certification program and many of our Professionals are North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegals. We take particular pride in our experienced, highly-skilled paralegals who enhance every level of our legal services. Many of these professionals have been with the firm for 15 to 25 years, and they build strong relationships with our attorneys, other staff members and our clients.

Wishart Norris Henninger & Pittman promotes the development of our employees by encouraging them to attend continuing education classes. This allows staff members to become proficient in their responsibilities and “teachers” to their co-workers. At our firm, we take the team approach and make it a policy to help one another whenever possible.
