CHARLOTTE, N.C. – June Allison and Barbara Lembo, attorneys with Wishart Norris Henninger & Pittman, P.A. were recognized November 16 by the Charlotte Women’s Bar at an event honoring women in the legal profession with 25 years or more of dedication, leadership, and outstanding service.

Allison’s an Equity Member of WNHP who joined the firm in 1981. She specializes in commercial practice focusing on commercial litigation and creditor bankruptcy. She was the first female attorney and female partner at WNHP. She received her B.A., M.B.A., and J.D. from the University of North Carolina. Allison, husband Philip Temple, and son Austin, live in Charlotte.

Lembo’s a Senior Attorney with WNHP who joined the firm in 2002, and her concentration is transactional commercial real estate. Before joining WNHP, Lembo was one of the first licensed and admitted female attorneys in Catawba County, N.C. as well as the first female attorney to serve as the president of the Catawba County Bar Association. She received her B.A. from St. Olaf College, and her M.A. and J.D. from Indiana University-Bloomington.  She and husband Keith live in Charlotte.
