CHARLOTTE -- Wishart Norris Henninger & Pittman, P.A. announces that W. Lewis Glenn III has joined the firm. Glenn’s practice focus is real estate and commercial litigation. “We are thrilled to have Lew join the firm,” says Co-Founder Robert Norris. “His experience and commitment to excellence are exactly the characteristics we look for in attorneys we want to serve our clients.” Glenn graduated from the US Naval Academy and served his country for five years as a surface warfare officer. While stationed in Charleston, SC, Glenn held roles including operational forces liaison, destroyer squadron operations officer and damage control assistant. He was honorably discharged as a lieutenant in 1995. Glenn earned his J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law, where he was a staff member for the Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif, an honorary scholastic society that encourages excellence in legal education. Prior to joining Wishart Norris Henninger & Pittman, Glenn practiced for 11 years at Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein, LLP, in Charlotte, where he was a partner. He also was an associate in the Wilmington office of Ward and Smith, PA, immediately after graduating from law school. Glenn is the son of Julia Glenn and W. Lewis Glenn Jr. of Charlotte. He and his wife, Krista, live in Charlotte with their two sons.
